Merlin Films was unofficially established back in 2004 when Matt was in Film school. He produced student films and private projects under the Merlin Films name. Prior to his graduation from Utah Valley University’s Digital Media program, Matt began working for Flying Sensors, a groundbreaking video production company that specialized in Aerial HD video & photography long before aerial imaging became mainstream. 
What made Flying Sensors so unique was their approach to aerial video using UAVs. Using primarily electric RC helicopters, airships, as well as full ground production, Flying Sensors created a new venue for marketing and advertising. While working at Flying Sensors as an editor, Director, writer and camera operator, Matt and his fellow associates had the opportunity to work for clients such as Discovery Channel, CBS, ESPN, as well as other major networks and private projects. Merlin Films is now carrying the torch to continue what Flying Sensors started by providing a unique perspective and creativity to promote you and your product through stunning ground and aerial HD video.
